Solitude is the debut release from saxophonist and composer Dan Smith.
Having always found listening to and writing music a reflective experience, this collection of compositions is the end result of having more time and space to do just that.
Looking back on recent years and events, each song tells a story and draws on feeling nostalgic, sentimental, melancholy and peaceful. ‘Solitude’ represents having time to soak it all in and let it out with a better level of understanding.
